Family Farm, Expert Butcher
Duncan and David Ryan — a father-and-son team from Tunglebung — run Riverside Butchery as a true paddock-to-plate operation. Our Angus cattle are raised on the Norman Grove farm, then butchered whole in-house right here in Coraki.
We partner with trusted Northern Rivers farmers for lamb and pork, and curate variety packs in-house — so every product is honest, local and preservative-free. No supermarket supply chains, no compromises.
